You know, I have the ones that Dan gave me. Did he scan them before he gave them to me?

I have mine also, he gave them at the ranch, as far as I know there was no scanner.

Thought for sure I would be making an emergency vet run in the middle of the night. Started out as what I thought was innocent whining at the door last night. When I went to hook Remi to the cable he bolted, Bax was already out. So now I'm out in my modest nightgown trying to call Remi back in who was going nuts sniffing and running back and forth on the side yard. He started coming in when I caught Bax out of the corner of my eye make a sudden charge, like lightening, onto the deck. Then I was helpless the attack had happened and I could do was see what pieces needed to be picked up when it was finished. Remi of course went into pack mode immediately and helped out Bax. Somehow neither has a scratch or a bite mark, as I said, the vermin is no longer.

Took us all, including the dogs, over an hour to settle back into sleep. Needless to say I'm now keen on the night time whine, in fact right now Remi is whining because of the chipmunk on the deck.

But what kinda vermin?

Oh, a little bit... I did a bunch o' research on Noble Mountain, who I'd posted a bio about on my Weekly Pioneer blog last month. I'll have to update that page soon. Actually, there are several bios on my blog I need to update after this trip... I also collected some info for future posts.

The one that really caught me by surprise, though, was when I was in Carson City, NV, researching Hank Monk. I accidentally discovered the grave site of a niece of Mark Twain's. Until then, I never even knew he had a niece!]

I was trying not to call Jenn, "vermin" as she isn't, at least I don't think she steals from the my bird feeders at night, and didn't want to upset Cat since she had one as a pet, once.

But with the chair, ropes, hot light and constant questioning, I broke. Sorry Cat and Jenn. *shrugs*

Jenn is the cute cuddly kinda vermin() and I think Cat borrowed that one just to look intriguing on the world wide interwebs(:p), I think you are fine
