Zane, Mexican food is easy.
You need tortillas, meat and cheese.

Construct in various ways with various sauces.

See? Easy.

 Okay I will try  Actually I have made some pretty good fajitas a few times.

I ordered Eli some shoes off zappos last night, they are due to arrive this afternoon!! Love that site.

We had friends over on Saturday and took them to see the new place, went to the park next door and saw a hawk swoop right down over us and land in a tree chasing a squirrel. he hopped around on the branches, I got easily within 8 feet of him and then he flew away.

Cool!

no, i chased him away. he almost got it the first time.

:-| You chased one of the few urban predators in N.J., other than pollution and cars, off a tree rat that was put on this earth to feed predators? Dood, so so so wrong:-| Good too see you though, Crissa

I'm thinking nachos are on tomorrow's dinner menu.

ymmmm. Now I want nachos.

Dan makes good ones. I make okay chicken enchiladas. That's it. I have no Mexican recipes and don't know how to make Mexican food in general.

Iffen anyone wants squirrels, come here and take a few hundred thousand, though they won't be missed. And I mean the grey (sometimes black) squirrel that really does look like a rat, not the cuter and smaller native red squirrels.

Lisa bought Jasper a stuffed black squirrel in the hope that playing tug games with it would encourage him to chase off all the backyard nuisance squirrels.

Lisa makes fantastic chicken enchiladas. Not certain how authentic they are, but with her homemade guac and salsa (some fools in the family use sour cream too), they are certainly yummy. :)
