Hi here is an long exposure of Arbroath harbour converted to HDR from a single RAW file.
What do you think.

Was there so much reds in the clouds on the originals? I know sometimes clouds reflect lighting from below them.

You might want to reduce the noise in the image and add a bit more contrast.

Those magenta areas are probably areas of saturated sensels and converted with erroneous raw saturation values.

THe magenta / Red may come from the welding glass filter I used.
I now have a B+W 10 stop filter.

Gene or anyone what noise reduction software do you recomend ?

Goggs, for noise removal, I think the RAW editor in Photoshop CS5 does a very good job. However, I've used a plugin calle Neat Image for years and really like the results it gives me and use it most of the time.

It looks like an old picture postcard!
I use Imagenomic Noiseware. I was pleased to learn that John Paul Caponigro uses it also. You can really make it tease out noise based on hue or luminosity. Pretty sweet once you learn to use it.
