Changes way too often. Just sold a 70-200 4Lis and a 100-400. 70-300l on the way. Right now:
Have 17-40, 24-105, 100, 135

And the mp-e should be an l.

Agreed based on its price, but it is really a specialty lens and does not fit in the 'L' series line.

Like tilt shifts, supertelephoto and fisheye lenses. Many Ls are specialized...

Only 2 L lenses and don't think it will change for a long time.

70-200 F4 IS (in Canada)
24-105 F4 IS (with me always)


I live on a bicycle, sleep in a tent, eat pasta and work in the oil and gas industry, and shoot photography because I'm bad at it.

Two officially, the 70-200 2.8 II and 100 Macro. However, I consider the MPE-65 an unofficial L series lens (or a J series) based on cost and specialization.

Looking to increase this with the 24-70 II next year...

OK, I have L fever. Constantly changing but getting close to all L's. I love that glass. Check the sig file for the up to date list. A purchase here, a sell there, thus is the way of the L world at times.

24-105
135
70-200 f/2.8 IS II

And next month its the 100mm macro
