In the menu section it just goes up to 1600. Is there another way to set it? I'd like AutoISO to go to 3200 in appropriate situations.

Thanks

Adam

Try Low Light candle setting on the top dial........although the camera still decides whether to go to 3200 or not based on available light

Well, What I'm trying to do is to allow it to go to 3200 via AutoISO. Problem is under the Max AutoISO setting 3200 isn't an option.

I usually shoot in Av mode, would like to use AutoISO and let it go to 3200 when needed.

Thanks

Adam

Canon doesn't really want you to be disappointed with the image quality and at ISO 3200 there is a pretty good chance you will be. They limit the ISO range on purpose.

I'm not sure I follow. It's on there, and apparently can be gotten to in 'P'. Why limit in Av, but not P? I haven't checked Tv yet.

Thanks
