Since I was in and out of port so much I didn't have cable TV, just rabbit ears for an antenna on the TV. Every couple of days or so those big transport planes (I forget the designation) would fly low over where I lived (a trailer park) either landing or taking off. It might take thirty minutes or so for all the planes to clear out. When they came over the jet engines would cause all kinds of interference with the TV.
