Bird ID........on the river

Sure is an ugly fella, but he/she didn't seem to mind me too much. When I stopped moving to take pics of it, it sorta freaked a little and was constantly moving its head, and was turning its neck 180 degrees and trying to find me with the eye on the other side of its head too. Kind of entertaining. Once I started to walk away, it just stayed sorta still but kept an eye on me.

These pictures were ~50-60 yards away.
