As promised, here is the report on these things. They are awesome. No more Paper for me. I putup 5 shots so you can see how it lights. Very even, still get nice reflections, very easy to work with. I baught the 8x16 and it works perfect for 1-2 people.

Only draw back is the vinyl will dent easy especially if on carpet. Im going to get another hard white tile board from Home depot to put under vinyl to make additional support for the floor. Have not tried to Put the tile board on top of the vinyl yet. Im hoping it will work because i realy like the look of the white tile board but i was sick of cropping lines out of scenes. I will try it and let you know.

These vinyls are on sale for the next few days. Killer prices. Same backdrop that alvarado uses. Im very impressed with the results.

None of these shots are processed yet. Straight off the camera so you can see what the results would be. I use 5 lights for my white set ups.

i never get the line with white tile board and paper. the only time i see a line is when its underexposed. the above images seem to have the background underexposed as well.

are you metering for the background?

also seems to have some wrinkles in the bottom picture which is another reason i like the tile board as opposed to material.

how much did this cost you?

$119.00 plus tax.

Its a tad under on the background. I had it set at F/11 on the backdrop and F/8 on the subject. My studio is narrow so i have to be careful or light goes everyplace. I can clean the white with a click in post, which is what i prefer to do because of the studio set up i have. Glad to hear about the tile board because thats the look i prefer. Guess I will have to play with the exposure a little more.
