Oh and what struck us with the French Chateau was how bare they are compared the likes NT and English Heritage. That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans

Wayne From memory you have removed the bars more, I think you can just about get away with the saturation and vibrance but I would not increase them anymore.
