He could get away with a new 1100d for that much body only. He could probably pick up a used 28-135mm and a 50 1.8 after that and still come pretty close to his £500 mark.

I was serious... they can have my 1D mkII + 3 batteries, box and studio charger for £500... :D

Thanks for the kind comments about the Poppys, will be going in for the Network Rail 'Linds In The Landscape' competition methinks! :)

In a great mood as i've just finished a fantastic shoot, 3 hours out onlocation at Porters Bar golf course with a PGA Golfer! Can't wait to write this blog post :D

Sounds like a funner morning than mine, that said I am being more idle than usual as I'm in holiday mode!
