I think I may of missed a trick today and learnt a lesson always take the camera out with me. I forgot that the Folkestone Triennial arts festival thing starts tomorrow with press launch today and while walking the dog this morning I past several news crews at the unveiling of various " works of art ". If I'd had the the camera with me I could of tried punting the shots out on a site like Demotix.

Great job!, the client must have been thrilled.

Rob the B+W conversions look fine, I ageee I'd like to see more in the shoes to sseprate them from the background.

Now that Ian has had the ok for the bournemouth wedding shots, heres a quick couple from me:
lots of OCF fun

I was informed yesterday that I was lucky enough to get 2x 2012 tickets for the Rowing which should be nice. Unfortunately, I was planning to have tomorrow off so I could try and purchase some more, but my work colleagues decided to change my rota, so I have to come in. How annoying. :(

Nice one! Mine ended up being the medal matches for the mens team foil (fencing) so I'm pretty happy. I was hoping for the individual finals, but the team events last a lot longer so I can't complain to much.

+1, even the guy in the shop said that the HTC desire was better than the iphone 4 and he wished he'd waited for the Desire and not got the iphone when I got mine.

As I mentioned before the Folkestone Triennial arts festival starts proper tomorrow with events and live music after the press launch today, what's been bugging me all day when I thought about it is that tomorrow is also Armed Forces Day and Folkstone is holding an event for Armed Forces Day tomorrow with the Band of the Brigade Of Ghurka's and the PWRR Tigers parachute display team to name 2 things happening. Now should the organisers of the triennial launched last weekend or next week end, the triennial is a 3 month event, to avoid clashing with Armed Forces Day? Personaly I think so, ok rant over.

Didn't bother with the iPhone 4 . I don't use It enough to warrant hundreds of pounds. I got a 3GS . It was free.

We've had a great first day up on the Farne islands ... Plenty of puffins to keep us happy (as well as other birds and wildlife too) ... Seems I am the only one with a laptop etc so will try and post a taster shot or three later ... Reckon this needs to be a regular POTN trip as it's just superb to be so close to the birds (although the terns attack you as you literally walk next to their nests ... And if you've not pulled you hood up high enough, it hurts!!!). More to follow after some food :)
