Another typical grey cloudy and rainy day in the good old Puget Sound. Even a little rain. Had to bring my own sun, a yellow gelled YN-560. Used another YN-560 bare most of the time, used the umbrella when the wind wasn't blowing. Had a ton of trouble on the shots with her son in them, he is very pale and I just couldn't balance the light. Shot with a 1D MKII and a 85mm f1.8. Used a 35mm f2 on the bench shot.

Nice! I like the gelled flash concept. If you didn't mention it I would've thought it was the sun. What kind of gels are you using for you YN flashes? The ones I bought don't really work [at all].
