Mola Setti, White?

Is anyone using the white Setti with a white interior?

Is it more contrasty than a Demi w/o a grid?

Hard to say.

I have a speedotron rather than a demi but I've got a large opaque deflector on that for close-ups. My setti is set up with the stacked Opal & PAD so it does give more contrast. I suspect that even if the deflectors were the same, the setti would have slightly higher contrast.

I will say that out of all the Molas I've used (including the 3 I own), the white setti is probably my favourite. Its light has the most punch but without creating hotspots or glare.

i've got to agree with you Hermes, some people say it's expensive but when you add up all the modifiers

you've tried before buying this one, it's relatively cheap for how versatile it can be

I personally prefer the Bola Sete.
