Snow owl in Wildpark Eckhold, Germany. 40D 70-200mm f/4 non-IS.

I decided to go with a more radical edit and sink both of the background into the blacks. There's also sharpening on the whole bird (but not the background). Does this work for you guys?

It works better than the original because it doesn't let the mesh distract from the bird.
