Am I missing something here or are the CTR-301P going to limit my umbrella holder choices when it comes to putting my flash on a lightstand? I currently have enough money for two YN460ii flashes, and two CTR-301P triggers to trigger the flashes from my camera. The problem is. The receivers don't have a male hotshoe on the bottom of them. So how am I supposed to use an umbrella holder while I have nothing to connect my trigger to?

In the future I'm saving for two lightstands, umbrella holders, umbrellas and softboxes but what is the point if I can't even use my umbrellas?

Source an umbrella adapter that includes a spigot with an end that has a 1/4" - 20 TPI threaded stud.

Screw that threaded stud directly into the 1/4" - 20 TPI threaded hole on the bottom of the radio receiver.

There is no need to "double shoe" your flash.

No flash foot is needed on the radio receiver if it has a threaded hole.

Enjoy! Lon

that seems strange - are they not like the Yongnuo RF-602 triggers? I can put the RF-602 receiver on a flash and put that on the cold shoe of the umbrella adapter with no problems.

You do not need that device.

Just get an umbrella adapter (swivel bracket) that includes a spigot for the top spigot hole with a 1/4" - 20 TPI stud that will screw directly into the threaded hole on the radio receiver.

What is this compulsion "double shoe" flash units?

The radio reviver you cite already has a shoe for you flash, why do you insist on a second shoe that will just make the flash stack-up far more cumbersome?

Enjoy! Lon

I haven't been able to find any of those types. I looked on your website and saw you had one. But since your based in Kentucky. Pretty low chance I will able to get a hold of one from it.

This is an exmaple.. take a look at the photos. You just don't use the cold-shoe adapter, you screw your receiver directly onto the threaded bolt.
