Zenitar 16mm. It isn't a very strong effect on APS-C, though. If you are shooting APS-C, I would go with what the person above me suggested. It is made by samyang, but comes in several brands. Rokinon is usually the cheapest.

APS-C is the crop sized sensor on many canon DSLR's.
Your ID MkII is a APS-H sensor (1.3x crop)

What type of fisheye are you looking for? There's the circular fisheye and the full frame fisheye. The circular fisheye gives a 180 degree field of view in every direction, whereas a full frame fisheye gives a 180 degree diagonal.

but anywho, an aps-c is the sensor size. aps-c is 1.6x crop factor. FF cameras, like yours, are x1.3 crop factor.

So all in all, if you were to use a 15mm fish eye on an APS-C sensor camera, the photos wouldnt look very fishey looking. Theyd come out more like a wide angle, and you'd probably get some serious vignetting.

Thank you,

Im looking for a full frame fisheye.

I didn't want to drop any real coin on one just because I will likely just be using it for novelty effect and not to often.

A Full frame sensor is simply a 1x crop.

Unless you mean using a lens designed for APS-C on a full frame, vignetting is not dependent on the sensor size, or the type of lens used. (or do you mean distortion there)

Sorry it's 2am im barely thinking. haha, Yes, FF cameras are equal to a 35mm film camera in term of crop.

And it depends on what fisheye were talking about, although, most fisheyes are designed for ff's, but are often used on apsc.

Oh, and unless you want to spend serious money on a fisheye, youre going to be getting a manual focus fisheye. Which isnt a big deal when you get used to it.. Goodluck!

One you could try is the Sigma 15mm f2.8
It's around $600 though.
