Just threw the 5Dc and 50mm 1.4 in a bag to carry around all day. Some days I wonder why I need anything else other than my telephotos.

Definitely LOVE that second picture! It doesn't hurt that I'm a first time father to be in about a month. :D That shot makes me sad I swapped my Canon 1.4 for the Sigma 1.4; it doesn't flare at ALL in direct sunlight and I'm actually a fan of that look. Ha! The last one is pretty cute as well.

Thanks. I definitely like this kind of shooting more than others, well about the same as wedding photography I guess.

I feel like the background in 2 is over processed and it's distracting with all of the textures in the sand, maybe mask off any of the effects you've applied to the photo so they only effect the subject.
