I looked and couldn't find anything like this so if there's already a thread like this please point me in that direction. I like watching people and find people very interesting and wonder why people are the way they are. So this thread is dedicated to odd or strange people you don't see every day.
FIrst one to me is odd because who wears a motorcycle helmet on a bike just to cruise the city?
