I don't usually shoot people, but this one of my friend standing in the sun trying desperately to be warm was too good to pass up:

I was hoping to see more photos. (That’s how a noob like me learns). I have more but to be honest I think mine are rubbish.

Since that thread is mostly talk talk talk, lets try and make this one Photos only, with the shooting information.

Comments are obviously allowed, but that other thread turned into a whole of of not what this thread is trying to do. PHOTOS!!!!

+1

I'm a people shooter, but lately I've been trying something a little different.
Shot with canon 85mm 1.8

Just sitting here watch Seinfeld and noticed this reflection on my wall from some flowers sitting on the table. I ended up tweaking it a bit to get more of the flowers in the shot. Nothing great, but I thought it looked cool.

Thanks.

Glueeater, I love the "flare" photo, that's beautiful.

A couple from earlier this week, still trying to catch up.

(hmm, this one doesn't work quite as well when you're not standing there with the waterfall behind you. Oh well.)

I'm finally ordering mine today with a Sig 17-50, plus getting Lightroom 3 for $160 as a package deal with the 60D from B & H. Very excited!!!!

I know there are more pictures people want to show off form the 60D, let's keep them coming. I'll be joining very soon.

60D + sigma 17-50 2.8 + canon 50 1.8 + a big wish list on my BH account:)
