I have the usual birds in my back yard - pigeons - hummingbirds - and the like but I had not ever seen this guy before so I shot this. I apologize for the poor quality as it was not a "set up" shot nor planned but shot completely offhand and spur of the moment.

I appreciate any and all help both in identifying this little guy and CC the photo.

Photo was taken with a Canon XS, manual mode, 1250 shutter, F5.6, ISO 400. I was shooting aircraft.

Thanks a bunch. I was shooting aircraft using the 55-250mm IS and in between looking up I saw a few birds flitting around and had not seen this one before.
