I have one of these 2TB drives and they are insanely fast for a mechanical drive. I can highly recommend them. They perform nearly identical to the 2TB WD Black. Currently Superbiiz.com has them on sale for $95 shipped using code RABBIT15. Superbiiz sounds like a weird name, but they have 9.2/10 on reseller ratings.

Got one of these too from Newegg - about $120 regular price. Got it ~ $100 (coupon sale) plus tax. This is a good price. Superbiiz seems to be in San Jose, CA so probably CA tax.

Free ground shipping too!

"If an item is out of stock and we do not have an estimated time of arrival from the distributor or manufacturer, the product will display an "Out of Stock" message and you will be unable to order the product from our Website. At that time it is generally acceptable to cry out in lamentation and/or shake your fist at the screen menacingly." - oh no!

Verbatim from the site... at least they have a sense of humor about it.

Maybe Superbiiz or Newegg will have these back on sale again.
