I have a friend who has a one man band thing that he wants me to take pictures for, BUT i have no idea what to do with him cause i don't have a studio yet, so! i was wondering if i could get some helpful hints? of places i could do this?

Tell them you'd really like to reflect their style, and ask them if they have places they hang out (cause that may be it right there!) or places they have in mind. If they don't, ask them what type of place they'd like (it may even help to have them pick a song for you to listen to (their big single, etc) and think about places from that). Then, it's just about scouting locations. Definitely don't need a studio; most band shoots I see are on location somewhere. Lighting helps, but isn't necessary. Hi. I'm Anton.
