I've searched the internet , and read some website,

It would works best if i had..

Umbrellas or strobe (lightning + details)
Circular Polarizer (removes reflection)

but my equipments is quite basic. I know my 50mm is way sharper than my 18-55, but should I shoot with both lenses, and maybe get my sensor dirty, and should I with a high fstop like F/11 ?

Thanks !

whoa whoa, slow down champ! lol. Start with basics first. Where do you plan on shooting cars? Indoor? Outdoor? How about action versus stationary? All of these settings have different needs.

Why are you worried about getting your sensor dirty?
Its going to get dust on it even if you never change lenses.
