Not trying to state the obvious, but if you're wondering who to contact, it's quite simple: B&H Customer Service when they re-open on April 27th.

B&H now covers return shipping via UPS. I had filled out a RMA form online and in one hour I had my verification email and a PDF document to print for a paid shipping label. Just drop it off at UPS and in 7 days you'll have a new one... Again, once they're open again on the 27th. Good luck. Canon 5D Mark II - Canon EF 50mm f/1.2L - Canon EF 135mm f/2L

Deal with B&H CSR first. Then deal with the manufacturer as a second option if you can't resolve it with B&H. | Canon EOS Systems |

I received a damaged Pixma printer from them about three years ago. They had UPS pick it up at my residence and they paid for the return shipping. AFAIK they won't do partial refunds for damage.

B&H CSR immediately referred me to deal with the manufacturer. They didn't offer to take it back for exchange or anything. I could have chosen or insisted to do so, but decided not to deal with having to ship. I contacted the manufacturer and after some back and forth email got my parts shipped to me. Happy camper in the end. | Canon EOS Systems |
