Not a problem at all, I have one of each, but I do recommend the 560s for the better build. The battery doors are horrible on the 460s, be ready to use a big rubber band for when it breaks.

my YN460 battery door works great after two years!

For me the best "bang for the buck" Yongnuo is the YN 465 - ETTL and manual controls - $65

I use a 560 as backup but it's full manual and won't work on camera so unless you have a cable or triggers I wouldn't recommend it... but it's a great flash.

YN-460ii - $45
YN-560 - $61
YN-468 - $92

I'm just debating which on the three is the best bang for the buck. I know which one is best for on-camera but I will be using this flash primarily for studio lighting and as a back-up. I keep thinking I don't really need E-TTL for OCF and the lack of stand-by turn off is really turning me off of the YN-468. Then is the YN-560 enough of an upgrade over the YN-460ii to pay the extra $15? On my budget I could get 2x YN-460iis but only 1 YN-560 or YN-468.

Your leaving one out. I feel the 465, along with 560, are the best bang for the buck. It is cheaper than the 560 but is a good step up from the 460. It also offers Ettl and focus assist, whereas the other two do not, so would serve as a better backup in that sense. It doesn't have optical slave ability however but rf triggers are better anyhow. Good Idea, I wouldn't mind a ETTL one, but think I would go with the YN-468 instead.
