Birmingham's 'Brutalist Library' at 4am!

I went to a 4am Project shoot at the '(in)famous' Birmingham Library. Here's info on the 4am Project click (external link)and here's info on the Library click (external link) - it's unfortunately due for demolition in a couple of years ... a tragic waste of a great building. The new Library building is currently being constructed close by.

Yeah, I know there's crazy distortion on the second shot ...

Cool shots. Do you have any more of like an overall building? I'm curious, because it seems like these buildings are extremely vulnerable to demolition right now. And you know in thirty years, when they are all gone, we will be asking ourselves why we tore them all down.

I agree with you 100% ... we've seen it countless times. Will look through and see if there are any wider external shots.
