In ai servo I had it set up that when it locked onto the center focus point it would expand the other points for fast moving objects. I don't have my manual with me and only my 35, but it is not doing it now. I went through all of the custom functions and thought I set it up correctly, but with the 1001 c functions maybe not. I have it set to use all 45 points and have tried to set it to expanded left and right points and surrounding points andno luck. Since I can't throw another lens, could be a lens issue too or just a function issue?
