just looks like event videography to me....

not sure what you're alluding to... looks like 30 fps with a high shutter speed? the high shutter speed will reduce motion blur.

No idea what is so remarkable about that ha, looks like pretty ordinary video to me.
But as mentioned, it's quite similar to real life as in the shutter speed looks high, frame rate seems at least 30fps and the iris is probably quite small.

BlakeinatorMate - The impression you're getting might be because it's at a fairly high framerate - and the original was reduced to quite a small frame-size (probably to upload, or for hosting site rules) - making it look crisper, too...
