I have a crane and a slider and would like to easily pull out my camera from one to the other... fast.

What should I do? If you have a suggestion of a brand and product...I would greatly appreciate it. Looking for something that is affordable too

i would think a couple of quick release adapters would do the trick?

thanks the Manfrotto looks good .. I'll be using with a 7D and a couple of L lenses so it should carry it without any problems , right?
