Nice!
A few things are
1) your horizon line is almost dead center.
2) sky looks slightly overexposed
3) A object in the forground would be quite nice.

I'm kind of on the fence on this shot. I think the sky is a little too blown for my tastes.

I was on the beach, so it was either a boring forground or messy sand/peices of shells and people.

Another thing that makes it very hard is the people. When using the NDX400, 20+ seconds at this time of the day is the only option, yet people still don't walk around. I realize it's not my beach, but is it asking that much to change your path by a couple feet to avoid walking right through my frame? Not only does it ruin the picture, but it puts ugly footprints right in the foreground.

It bothers me too, but with the dark storm clouds and open blue sky, I couldn't figure it out.
