i dont usually play with softboxes and this was my first. bought this 3 months ago but didnt open it until today when i needed it for a school project. after much frustration with the design of the bracket itself (limited angling & cant adjust flash forward backward position), when it tried to fold this down to the original shape to fit the baggie, it got permanently stuck in this curvy position and wont open up fully anymore.
any ideas? i just had to sit back and just laugh for awhile at such a bad product (mostly the bracket). forget it. or maybe im just an idiot in using these things, what ya think?
