Ixus 80 IS date/time memory battery

I have an Ixus 80 IS which came with a date/time fault. This was repaired under Canon warranty and has worked ok for 18 months. Unfortunately the same fault has reoccurred. Does anyone know how to change the date/time battery on an 80 IS or is it buried so deep inside the camera that it needs to go to a repair centre?

On some models there is a sep. replaceable battery for the memory things.

Looks like yours is an internal one going by the info on
manual page 12/ pdf page 14.
