Center Point Focus on 20D

I am letting a friend borrow my 100-400mm L lens and was wondering how to set his 20D to center point focus. I have a 5D and have never looked at a 20D nor do I have a book. I don't have the camera here and he has no idea how to do it. Do you set it just like the 5D or is it different. Thanks

How are you?
In regard to operation, the 20D and 5D are pretty identical.
To set the focus point is just as the 5D, with the only nuance being the custom functions, but these are the same on both cameras in regard to AF selection anyway...
