I think you did a great job too. The biggest thing is to have the parents happy. Then they'll want to buy more prints (if you sell like that). Keep up the good shooting.

I think this is great.

Obviously the shots without direct sun came out quite a bit better.

My imagine composition sucks. I need a heavier lens.

Nice photos. They look 'natural' for someone her age and well done.

To be honest..... your first senior shoot is awesome. The only thing I'd say is the last one is a little bit dark on her face. Great work mate.

Lighting looks pretty darn in all the photos. She has a little bit of the "football shoulders" going on in 2, 3, and 5; just a slight raise/lower or bringing forward/backward of one shoulder will fix that. Blurry cars do not work well in the second photo, nor does the random floating part of the black table in your third photo. The 6th photo needs to be cropped in tighter on her head as part of her hand is cut off. We don't want people thinking she lost her hand senior year! Cropping just above her elbow and just below the bottom of her hair will work and you'll have your knock out photo (as well as a headshot)!

Very nice first shoot on a Senior. I'm hoping to get better and start shooting portraits like this.
