All shots with the 7D and the 70-200mm f4L. I need more reach, I almost rented a 1.4 extender but still can justify the cost of renting it.

All the shots are heavily cropped. Heres an example of the 7D's cropping capability

I like these a lot. Yes, a longer lens would have been better, but these still came out fine. I like #4 the most. Did you add any blur to the photos?

3,5, and 6 are very nice. Great work with less than ideal gear for that sport.

Yeh good old gaussian blur to the tops and bottom of the images to isolate the subject
