I'm going to Maui and Kauai. Not sure if I should bring the 70-200 or the 100-400? I'm bringing a couple of wide angles. But, I hate bringing a bunch of equipment. Anyone have any suggestions on which lens would work best? Thanks!

I have a few shots from it in this section somewhere. Need any advise on what to do while there let me know. One thing for sure, Look up Hike Maui company and go on their hikes!! They have a 11 hr all day one (which was just awesome), and a 5hr one which is nich also. The 11hr one includes driving time (road to Hana), and the guys giving the tour know everything about everything! 1D MKIII 16-35 2.8L MKII 24-70 2.8L 70-200 2.8L [COLOR=black]IS 300 2.8L IS (few others) Bunch of AB lighting

I like to stop at everything that is cool! I can't find my extender, nor do I want to. I can't stand it. So, you think the 70-200 will get dolphins, sea animals from a boat tour okay? THANKS! BTW, we're all booked in Maui except for the road to Hana. We were thinking of driving that. Canon 1D Mark IV/1D Mark III/5D Mark II/20D/10D+100-400mmL+24-70mmL+

I love animals, though. I imagine there will be sea life there and that will be of a high interest! I have the 17-40 for wide angle. Wishing I had the 16-35!! Lots of great places along the way and some past Hana (i.e. Charles Lindbergh grave site). You'll probably want to spend more time at the Seven Sacred Pools then a tour would allow for, as well.
