Just a quick shot , the best i could with 55-250mm lens,my feeding station this morning; i didn't see this birds in my backyard until i start feeding nyjer and this finches love it ,even in a rainy day:)

Heh, nice shot, they love that stuff. fyi, I have found that those tube type thistle feeders will often get moldy inside which could lead to some problems disease wise, the hanging sock type works well and will not develop mold as easy. Ths Goldfinches love them.
Lets see some more!

nice shots, i have a feeding station in my back yard but the birds prefer natural fruits form the tree of the neighbor :(

Cool, I've got eight nyger feeders, and three tube feeders with sunflower seed for the finches. I've usually got fifty goldfinches, and four or five house finches out there. Had a Pine siskin the other day out there too.

Today,this new guest showed up on top at my feeders, i captured 2 quick shots through the window before was gone; he isn't here for seeds ,is he?:rolleyes: What's this monster scaring my cute finches? Red tail Hawk ?doesn't look vegetarian:(
