What do you guys have in your bags for cleaning kit?
I'm thinking just the blower and a brush should be enough, right?

Apr 27, 2011 18:45 | #4 Just the lens. Anything involving the body, I will send to Canon to take it to a local camera shop. I don't want to mess with that stuff unless I have a good tutorial on what to do and what not to do. Canon (60D Gripped | 18-135mm f3.5-5.6 IS | 40mm f2.8 | 50mm f1.8 | 70-200 F4L IS| 430 EXII)

For the lenses I first use a blower to remove all the loose particles, then a pass with a microfiber cloth wet with lens cleaning solution and then a pass with a dry microfiber cloth. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Or should that just be left alone. To clean the mirror, I just use the blower to get the dust off. I have cleaned the mirror before using the same wet cleaning technique as cleaning a sensor, but try to avoid it if at all possible. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Apr 27, 2011 22:14 | #11 I'll be picking up that rocket blower. I've seen blowers but no where neat that big. I've seen them in person and I like them, just didn't pick it up knowing that I would need it. I would get the premoistened wipes. I travel a lot and I get asked about for my laptop screen cleaner even thought it's under the 3oz. Canon (60D Gripped | 18-135mm f3.5-5.6 IS | 40mm f2.8 | 50mm f1.8 | 70-200 F4L IS| 430 EXII)
