Hey guys,

I'm here but haven't been feeling well for some reason, not sure what's up because I'm rarely ill.

Fantastic...good for her, she is based in the UK and I follow her tweet and have communicated with her many times, she is young, pretty and proclaims she is taken.

how did you know her?

I don't use tweeter anymore, nor facebook...I went back to hiding and just use flickr

seriously, this thread in this forum is my only connection to the outside world for the most part.

I've come to the conclusion, I like my 7D more than the 5D MK II I have at work. Now the 5D MKII is a great camera... and the L glass I get to use at work is a treat to use, but it drives me up the wall when I'm looking for a setting. The 7D just seems so much more easy to navigate...

Yes I have more time on the 7D, but I've been using the 5D MKII since before I got my 7D, the 7D's menu's / buttons just seem more logical in placement/function.

Hey Nick, I found another neat trick on LR3 Nick hahah took me a year to find this out :o

the little dot on the side of the saturation/hue sliders... I could put it on the frame and point to the color i want and just drag the mouse up  and it automatically saturates it

yeah I know some of you probably know this already haha

so I tried it and came up with this

Hmm, didn't know that, but I haven't been using LR3 that long. I always just used the Color Saturation sliders to adjust different colors.

I like it coz when you point at the color LR automatically chooses the slider to adjust...

sometimes I get confused if I should increase Aqua or Blue or in leaves green or yellow... but with using it LR check which one to use and increase both if it needs to increase both

That way when I am saturating...I don't create false color anymore..just more pop :D

That's true fricks... or I am seriously thinking of going 2 system for a while. don't wanna rush selling the Nikon stuff as I am sure I'll lose a lot of money :D

and I want 2 bodies..and since I am just playing with my gear I could just use one gear or the other when I go travel depends on my mood

I like the idea actually haha but definitely buying expensive lenses on Canon only...might not even add any more lenses on the Nikon side
