Steven, getting back to you on this.

A 20x30 print will have a ppi of just shy of 150 -- considered minimal quality.

That being said, in all likelihood she will love it. A print that large is not meant to be examined with a magnifying glass. I have prints of captures taken with 4, 5 and 6 MP cameras that I've printed at 12x16 and at a "normal" viewing distance they look good and get good responses from people. Yeah, I get close and see the breakdown of fine detail and I wouldn't put them in a gallery or a contest or something, but so what?

So, the best test would be to crop out a smalll portion and print at an appropriate smaller print size, say an 8x10, hold it out or pin it up at the same distance that you would view the larger print at, and put yourself in the position of an impartial viewer (or your sister) and you be the judge!

ohh Cool Tony...actually 20x30 here just costs $30 or so..so I could definitely try and just print it if I don't like it or it doesn't come out really good I just hang it on my own room

its the frame that I need to check...how much the frame is

I actually owe her a photobook..I need to stop being lazy and do it  I went there coz I shot her sons bday and until now I have not given her a photobook..I already sent the cd though... that's why I wanna give her something nice

 Yeah...

Good chance it's a Camber, it's about the only FS MTB they have in that price range. Looks like a good bike for the money.

If I recall, I think it's a 2010 model. I just looked up the Camber and it had similar components.

Ah ok, so it might be one of the slightly higher models.

They can be a bit more expensive but I don't think you can go wrong with a specialized or trek. Solid bikes.

I'm still really liking the looks of the Felt F75 though :p

Still haven't heard from them. But my friend tells me that they are getting quite busy, but haven't gotten rid of the other guy yet. At least I know there is work coming into the shop, gives them incentive to have someone.

because we started with that theme...until we got shut down and few others got thrown out of the forum and we need to restart again.

Mods don't want us to use the CvN name again so I created the Saturated Photos thread, then the 2am food thread etc... alaways avoiding CvN

but of course we always end up in that discussion hehe
