Lovely flowers, I am digging #3!

Thanks Will. I want to head over to the botanical gardens. Much more to shoot over there then my local garden had to offer. :)

Well, one will cost us around $300K after repairs and the other one is more around $265K

In the case of either house we still need appliances like fridge, washer, dryer and I also plan to do some repainting, re flooring, and maybe replace the kitchen counter tops with granite. However I can do most of that myself so it should cost too much.

wow you guys really love to do it DIY  people here usually rely on carpenters..they are cheap though

I think that's a good price considering you are in the US...how big is it though?

Hey OMAR, very nice flower shots, I am digging the last one, I am really digging how you PP your shots

I am trying to get away from the "Heavy Look" that my photos usually have.... but can't seem to figure it out

Thanks Steven. On that second shot i actually pulled back the colors  SOOC it was too bright and saturated!

Yeah PP is part of the battle. I take my shots knowing what i can do later to make them look the way i see an image. :) Sometimes its very little, and some times, like in the street picture, its a bit more. Thats actually an exposer blending shot. My first crack at it :)

Well... floors and counter top and some painting shouldn't be too bad. I leave the major work for the professionals if there needs to be any.

As for the size, both are around 2400sqft living space (about 223 square meters for you metric folks). The lots aren't huge tho, I am not sure about the exact size somewhere around 0.15 acres (about 600 square meters).

Guys... I have issues... I crave the large sensor and high aperture of the X100... I can't get the damn thing out of my mind despite having canceled my order...

i had a chance to play with one of the sony nex 5. they are really cool and have great image quility for like 600 but you have to pay for lens the have a 18-200 for 799 and a 18-55 for like 300 and there really great.

ohhh now I never pull back saturation  lately I have been pulling out the contrast though but never saturation haha...

I never think about PP when I take the shot, I usually think about getting the shot right off the batt  specially when I shoot those long exposure landscape shots, sometimes I take them 10-20x in the same spot just to get what I want to avoid having to PP them later on hehe..(at least that's what I do lately)

hey now 600sq. meters is quite big already... so that's not bad at all... at least you got a huge lawn or something to play around hehe 200sq. house should be good enough for 2 to 3 bedrooms too :D
