here's the truth about credit and scores, the bank, visa, mastercard or american express are to only people to borrow money from for a good score

True, but i also have a couple of the big lender accounts too ;)

Yeh I definitely want a second opinion :/ For one he blew off my previous reports and medical history, pretty much ignored EVERYTHING i told him, has already has decided on a diagnosis and is doing tests to "humor" me basically :/ (When the doctor says "The tests will all come back negative" its probubly a warning sign) and seems more interested in shoving some pills in me that I'm not comfortable taking....

Then i looked him up online, found he's got at best a 3/5 review rating and most people rate him more like a 1 or a 2 out of 5...all of whom complaining of similar things...Well...

I go back after all my tests are done...I am planning to do this but unless he changes his tune dramatically i am planning to get copies of my tests and going to see someone else...

Get another doctor.

Doctors are a bit better educated than average, but no better and no smarter than anyone else. Education is not intelligence.

Besides, when you go to a doctor and you see his medical diploma in his waiting room, not in his office, he's bragging. I always wonder if he really has something to brag about.

Okay, he graduated from Harvard Medical. Big whoop, so did about a hundred others that same year. Was he first in his class? Or last? Either way, he graduated. Do you really want to trust your life to someone who was 100th out of 100 graduates?

Good thing all my credit cards are VISA or Amex :)

What about Discover? They seem to have decent benefits, I've been tempted to get one... even though I have 3 VISAs and a AMEX already

not sure about the states Will, but you brought up a good point , your credit score will be significantly higher if you have a $2000 card with a balance of $1000 instead of always maxed out

i have a $5000 card and a $10,000 card but i keep the amounts really low and make full payments on purchases if i can

Alright heres what i did in bible class today very productive.

Photography set up (4-29-11)
Canon 7d, 24-105 F/4L IS, 70-200 F/2.8L IS II.
What my plan is not trying to spend over $2000
1) Keep 7d and buy a used 14 F/2.8L II(=22mm on 1.6 crop. 24mm would be 38mm)- Need wider angle for landscapes and street photography. (+100)
1.5) Or sell 7D Get 5D II (full frame were 24mm would be 24mm. Focusing would not be as good) with 2XIII teleconverter (doubles everything by 2X but also distorts quality) Always dream of having a full frame which would be great for portraits of family and friends. Get a sigma 50 1.4 and a 85 1.8. (even)
2) Or sell 7d get 1D III ( love the feel of these pro bodies but not as easy to carry around every were I go; 45 point auto focus instead of 19 on 7D and 9 on 5DII. 1.3 crop were 24mm would be 31mm). Also get a 24L. (+100)
3) Keep 7D get two fast L primes 135 F/2L, 100 F/2.8L IS (+200)
4) Keep 7D get a bunch of fast primes Sigma 85 F/1.4 and 50 F/1.4, 35 F/2. (+400)

Good Bible study. You do know they watch and keep records up there, don't you?

That's something I don't miss. I did 2 years of sunday school for first communion and then another 2 years for confirmation. At the end my father said it's your choice if you want to continue going to mass. Haven't been back since

All I know about this whole business is that an angel appeared to me in a dream and told me not to bother packing any sweaters.

Don't rush out and get a CC the first chance you get...

You're credit score takes a small hit everytime you apply for something like a Credit cards. Credit cards really aren't the best way to build up credit, especially at the beginning because of the massive interest rates you have to deal with.

I still don't have a CC, everything goes through my debit card. I've thought about getting one.. I just don't care enough I guess.

Learn how to manage your money first, then look into get a CC, but keep your purchasing habits the same, just change which card certain purchases go on.

There's a puppy in the house!

9 week old Golden Retriever fur ball, so far unnamed.

(this house just isn't right without a dog)
