I just acquired an used Lumedyne megacycler. I don't think I would ever go back to my Canon battery pack...:) According to the serial numbers on the unit, it was manufactured some times in the middle of 2006. Now, I assume the unit was originally purchased in 2007. Basically, I have at least a 4 year-old unit here. What is the typical life span of these Lumedyne battery unit? The battery unit does not look beatup at all. It looks used.
