I think the best thing about these photos is the lighting you found and used! Looks great in all of them. Personally, i'm not a fan of the OOF PP'd areas but that doesn't matter too much!

What do you mean? The OOF areas weren't anymore PP'd than the rest of the image. If you're talking about the first set, I was using a tilt shift lens.

not sure that look works for me, but the rest are great. There are some threads I look through and think "I want to take shots like these". this is one of them.

Beautiful set. I've now got a tilt shift lens and am still playing around with it. Could you tell me very specifically how you use your TS lens while doing this work? How much do you tilt, when do you tilt, Up down, side, etc. ANYTHING would be most helpful.

Both sets look really good. My personal jury is still out on the tilt shift lens and the "bokeh" it creates. Even with that, the pictures are fantastic. The last one is my favorite.
