Ok, having all kinds of drama getting into personal functions (P.fn) as i have no firewire port on my Laptop or my PC and both are running Win7 X64 so even then i couldnt anyway.

here is what i need
7 Shot bracketing

I was wondering if anyine has a .CSD file for the MKII or MKIIN with 7 shot bracketing enabled that they could and would be willing to upload or email.

Ive found all kinds of MKIII CSD files but only one for the MKII and it was almost standard.

would really apreciate it guys..

Thanks in advance. :)

You cannot use the camera's menus to configure the bracketing count on the IIN? That would be annoying to have to pull up the software to set that. Yikes... :(

The fear with using somebody else's CSD would be what all other things were configured in such a way it is not satisfactory for what you shoot or like.

Would something like this help?

What about installing a windows XP virtual machine? I think Win7 allows for a virtual XP, doesn't it?

I've tried that, didn't work for me, but I'm not too hot with computers.

Ok, i just wen to a mates place and used his Mac with firewire. worked great, now what you need to do is enable all of the P.Fn, then you can turn them off or on and select them in camera.... Happy days i got it soughted, but back to the main drama, looks like you need a "REAL" Xp machine to do it or a mac..

No you can use windows 7 if it's 32bit by using the compatibility mode and installing it into XP /SP3
and it will work then. But most people who have problems have the 64bit ver. But it nice you found a way to get it working.
