I thought I posted this:

430 Sycamore Drive
Buellton 93427

It is easily Google Map'd and very, very easy to find, with only two turns needed to exit freeway and turn onto my street a mile later.

Bird, what bird?

Don't quote me Tom, but I'm pretty sure it's the one you linked to in your earlier post.

WARNING: For those not familiar with Dean, he is a stunningly good "environmental portrait" photographer who specializes in glamor/nudity. His lighting technique is superb. Maybe we can work with him to do a short workshop ... he can use my studio lights in the living room or back yard. We'll work it in with the lightmeter experience! LOL. I wouldn't even consider asking but Dean is one of that rare breed who is willing to share every little photographic secret he has ... in fact, goes out of his way ... and offers payfor workshops. He also has a free newsletter and publishes e-books, some of which are free, so be sure to buddy up with him. I've threatened several times to go down and assist him but I've just been too busy. And, Dean, it's OK to say, "No!" :-) We'll go back to working with the hummingbird!

Thanks for the kind words Dwight!

It would be fun to do some kind of lighting demo or something. What kind of things would you guys like to see?

Dean's going to be there? Sheesh...you guys are really making me wish I could make it, not that I didn't before. Just going to be too hard to make a second trip out there. :(

I just looked at is site and yes he is very good. But lets just get this straight Dean is a portrait (nude) Photographer, and No, no one will be getting naked! But some new faces will be good to see.

Plus Dwight Last year the little Hummingbird was not there. :(

I'll be spending a small fortune for the trip I'm on right before that. :( I would have made it if the earlier date had been preferred by the others. NEXT YEAR!

Sevan, I don't guarantee that no one will get naked but I'll try not to flaunt it.

(Yes, I quoted that already, but there's a reason I'm doing this). Yes, your daughter may be modeling as well as MY daughter, who's age is not that far off from your daughter. ;)

Dean, don't worry about it. My internet bark is a lot worse than my in person bite.
In fact, I can prove it.

Even Dwight himself, can't deny it.

The most pleasant factoid of the meet (other than the beautiful distaff attendance): Killjoy is actually very nice.
