So, do I stand corrected? Or chastened? Or worshiped? Or what? I was not aware that any discussion of nudity was someone connected with Dean. I actually think of dean as an environmental portrait photographer (I think I said that somewhere!) Whereas you, Killjoy, are constantly using that terrible search function to prove yourself right ... I'm not sure that wholesome!

For those thinking that there is some sort of distress here, there is none. We in this discussion are good friends butting chests in the timeless male bonding tradition. If Killjoy or Sevan didn't come to this event I would be heartbroken. Killjoy is, actually, very nice ... although his bride is significantly nicer.

Just got back from shooting a VIP event at the casino and am now off to bed!

Thank you Dwight. And if you and your family were not equally as nice, we would not make the 300 mile trek (each way) every year to attend this event. bw!

Edit: As for your question at the beginning of your last post, maybe a little of each?

If I didn't come to this event I would be heartbroken, I have a tremendous time every single year. It is great to talk to people and share technique and learn techniques as well. Along with taking images of a bunch f nice people having a grand old time.

SO, Dwight remember that image I sent you on FB, my latest project? It is almost complete and ready for a small test print. Once printed and framed I will bring it up along with the 2 metal prints I have, yes images printed on metal, 1/8" aluminum. Can't wait, this shindig is just around the corner and our room is booked. As for Alan, well that in itself is a whole other story, but I will agree that his other half is much much nicer. LMAO. JK Alan.

Oh by the way, Happy Birthday, Dean.

Yeah, I've actually been on his e-mail list for some time now. ;)

Are you kidding? This thing is like sex, half the fun is in the foreplay before the event. As you can see, we have a lot of "excited" people!

Can't wait!!!

Oh, and light meter usage and lighting in general sound perfect for this event! Since I am bringing Briana along, that makes 3 young models that we can shoot... assuming she isn't too shy about it.

Heh! I would in a heartbeat, but finances don't support traveling at this point:)! And, it doesn't help that a beloved family member recently wrecked my car, the insurance didn't cover what she did, and I can't afford to replace it:(!

If you can speed up time and make the days on my calendar click by any faster, I'm all for it.

No, no, no! I've got way too much to do. And Marna has decided she needs more plates with this new influx of folks, sigh. Slow things down ... stretch it out!
