I very much doubt that. The lighting looks very good and you can't fake that with "totally rad actions". Looks like basic good technique and simply tuned Raw conversion and a little careful post-processing. Capture the best Raw pixels you can and damage them as little as possible in the cooking.

If it isn't your image, you might want to consider just posting a link to the web site where the owner has his/her image rather than posting it in the forums without their permission. Especially a Copyrighted Studio photograph.

If it's not your image, don't post it, but link to it.

I'm not surprised at this. His work looks like he really knows what he is doing and shooting jpg can be quite a time saver. There is nothing here (except maybe them from the back going down the aisle) that RAW would greatly assist you in. There is some skin softening/smoothing being done but there are lots of actions available for that and this is easily done in Photoshop if one wants to.
