The size of the file can only be 16mb so i had to put my photo on "5" so that it would fit. Straight out of the camera the photo was under 3mb with 18mp from my t2i. After pp and cropping, if 16mb isnt good enough then you have to high of expectations. I had an 8x11 done by them and it looks great.
