While waiting for Greater Spotted Eagle, a black kite came very close:

And I wished for this Greater Spotted Eagle should have come close instead of Black kite:(these shots were taken from a very long distance)

Nice. If you can get closer to the tree, evidence makes it look like it roosts there.

The kite shots are really nice. Even still, the eagles are good, even though they are noticeably cropped.

I agree with surgemaster, you should setup near that tree. As long as you aren't "too" close it should come back to that spot. Good place for a hide.... if you have one, if not maybe you should.

I don't have a hide myself, but I am thinking about it. Your situation would definitely benefit from one.

What great low angles on those very nice Kite shots akhan! I love the poses of the eagle. Good luck next time out looking for them.

A pair of beautiful birds. The first eagle shot is especially nice.
